Beg/Int Pole Choreo (Salem)

Located at Freebird Salem (243 W 9th St, Chico, CA 95928) Ready to step up your choreo game? We got you! This class is meant for those who have taken a few choreo classes, have dance or other movement experience, or are just up for a challenge! We'll still focus on foundational movements and spins but start adding in some trickier transitions and progressions. Shorts and a tank top are recommended for grip on the pole. Socks, heels, and knee pads (dance, pole, or vollyball) are also highly encouraged. You do not have to have heels to take class though. Bring a yoga mat for the warm up (or borrow one from the studio) and some water!
