LOCATED AT FREEBIRD ESPLANADE (3028 ESPLANADE UNIT C) STARTING WEEK OF 8/17! Get ready to move, groove, and have a blast while learning the art of the twerk! This all-levels class starts with stretching and conditioning to open up the hips and build the supporting muscles needed for safe, powerful movement. We’ll break down different styles of twerks step-by-step so you can feel confident and in control, whether you’re brand new or already have some moves in your back pocket. Then, we’ll put it all together into a short, high-energy combo that lets you unleash your own style and attitude. No experience needed—just bring water, comfortable shorts or loose bottoms, sneakers, and knee pads (volleyball, dance, or pole knee pads)
