18+ LOCATED AT FREEBIRD ESPLANADE (3028 ESPLANADE UNIT C) STARTING WEEK OF 8/17! Step into the hoop and elevate your movement practice in this dynamic and inclusive All Levels Lyra class led by Abigail Braun. Whether you're brand new to aerial arts or a seasoned flyer looking to refine your skills, this class offers something for everyone. Abigail's welcoming and empowering teaching style creates an encouraging space where students can safely explore, challenge themselves, and grow—no matter their background or experience level. Each class includes a mix of foundational technique, creative poses, transitions, and fun tricks tailored to your individual level. Beginners will learn how to mount the hoop, build strength, and gain confidence in basic shapes, while more experienced students can explore more advanced variations and combinations. Leggings or fitted pants that cover the backs of your knees are highly recommended for comfort and grip. A snug-fitting top that won’t shift during movement is also helpful.
