- ➤ Tickets for CHAT's Pancakes for CHAT breakfast fundraiser are on sale for Sunday, April 5 at CARD's Creekside Rose Garden on Vallombrosa Avenue, with funds for affordable housing. Attendees can enjoy pancakes, eggs, a petting zoo, face painting, raffle prizes, and an Easter Egg hunt starting at 10:30 a.m. Action News Now
- ➤ Chico Housing Action Team (CHAT) is celebrating two years of Everhart Village by launching a fundraising campaign to raise $200,000 to keep the shelter running. The shelter, built in February 2024, offers 20 beds and helps residents with behavioral health, case management, life skills, and housing navigation. Action News Now
