- ➤ The North Valley Animal Disaster Group is recruiting volunteers to help secure pets & livestock as wildfire season nears. Volunteers will receive 16 hours of training at the Camelot Equestrian Center on land donated by the Mechoopda Tribe. Action News Now
- ➤ The Community Action Agency of Butte County Inc and North State Food Bank will hold a free food distribution event Friday, Mar. 20 at Magalia Community Church (13700 Skyway), where volunteers will place 17 to 22-pound boxes into vehicles from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. or until supplies run out.
