- ➤ Two Butte Valley parents delivered their baby girl early Tuesday morning off Highway 99 near south Chico when labor advanced unexpectedly; emergency crews and CHP assisted and both mom and baby are now safe at Enloe. Action News Now
- ➤ Habitat for Humanity of Butte County will close its ReStore on Meyers Street (Chico) on June 18 as it shifts focus to building more homes, with donations accepted until May 30. The nonprofit is assisting 16 families and plans to build 6 to 10 new houses a year. Action News Now
