Butte County Behavioral Health will use a $7.7M Proposition 1 grant to renovate a former Enloe Health facility into a new mental health center in Chico (serving up to 40 clients) while offering 24-hour support (to Butte and surrounding counties); construction will begin later this year and the center could open by next spring.
