- ➤ Chico State University will open its eco-friendly University Services Building tomorrow at 10 a.m. The 22,000-square-foot facility, built almost entirely from mass timber and featuring 32 electric cart charging stations, will support key operations and offer hands-on learning for students in Construction Management and Interior Architecture—marking a significant step in sustainable campus design.
