ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ CAL FIRE Butte County firefighters are responding to the District Fire in Palermo that has burned about 25 acres and led to an evacuation order with extra warnings for nearby zones—aircraft and crews are helping at the scene. Action News Now
ENVIRONMENT NEWS
- ➤ CAL FIRE reported that the District Fire burned 44 acres and was 65% contained—evacuation orders and warnings were lifted by the Butte County Sheriff's Office. Action News Now
- ➤ The Butte County Sheriff's Office issued an evacuation order for Zone BUT-BR-925 near Bangor after the Grove Fire burned about 12 acres along La Porte Road + Grimy Gulch Road on Friday afternoon. CAL FIRE Butte Unit responded to the incident. Action News Now
- ➤ CAL FIRE Butte Unit worked to contain the Grove Fire near Bangor as firefighters protected nearby structures. The blaze burned 78 acres (and was 0% contained at the time of a live shot) on July 4. Action News Now

- ➤ The Butte County Sheriff's Office issued evacuation orders for zones BUT-BR-925 and BUT-BR-924—along with warnings for zones BUT-HON-905 and BUT-BR-922—after the Grove Fire burned 55 acres near Bangor Friday. CAL FIRE Butte Unit responded to the blaze. Action News Now
