United Way of Northern California and Children First Foster Family Agency will host the first United for Children cornhole tournament on July 26 at Silver Dollar Fairgrounds in Chico — the event will raise funds for at-risk and homeless youth and support disaster relief, health, education and financial stability. Teams may join the Expert Cornhole Champions division for $70 or the Family-Friendly Cornhole Classic division for $50 with cash prizes for top finishers, and tickets are on sale now.
