Burning in Magalia, the Upper Ridge and unincorporated areas is allowed from 8:45 a.m. until one hour before sunset, while residents in Paradise, Biggs, Gridley and Oroville must hold active permits or obtain CAL FIRE and district approval for agricultural burning.
