- ➤ Supporters of Bidwell Mansion have decorated the burned property fence with holiday garlands found in storage to revive a cherished local tradition. - ➤ MONCA hosts the Chico Community Gingerbread House Contest & Showcase from Dec. 5 to Dec. 19, with a People’s Choice vote offering a $5 Chico Ice Rink coupon.
